I love giving small gifts that make people smile—but even better if they’re cozy, useful, and under five dollars! This sweet little bundle is one of my favorite go-to gifts: a loaf of French bread, garlic spread, marinara sauce, a cute wooden spoon, and my favorite Garlic Toastie recipe… all wrapped up in a neutral tea towel and tied with a bow.
It’s budget-friendly, practical, and feels like something you’d get from a charming market stand or little Southern bakery. Whether you’re welcoming a neighbor, thanking a teacher, or just surprising a friend—this one is always a hit.
🧄 What’s Inside:
- Half a loaf of French bread (you can buy a full loaf at Wal-Mart for $1)
- Garlic butter spread (store-bought or homemade, I bought mine at Wal-Mart for $1)
- Marinara sauce in a little glass jar ($1 at DG)
- A brown wooden spoon ($1, DG)
- Self sealing cellophane bags
- My Garlic Toasties recipe card
- Wrapped in a tea towel ($1, DG) and tied with gingham ribbon

Print it out, tuck it under the ribbon, and you’ve got a thoughtful, adorable gift that costs less than a cup of coffee.
🍞 How to Style It:
- Start with a simple tea towel
- Lay your bread, sauce, and garlic spread in your cellophane bag
- Wrap your towel around it in the middle
- Fold, wrap, and tie with ribbon or twine
- Slip in the recipe card and spoon and you’re done!
Add a sprig of rosemary if you’re feeling fancy ✨
