- 1 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
- Whipped cream + cinnamon for topping
Directions:
- Heat milk, pumpkin, sugar, and spice in a saucepan. Stir until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Divide coffee/espresso between two mugs. Top with pumpkin milk mixture.
