🎃 Haunted Pumpkin Patch Pie
(A fun Halloween twist on pumpkin pie!)
Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- Oreo crumbs + candy pumpkins (for decoration)
- Whipped cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Fit crust into 9-inch pie pan.
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, and salt. Beat in eggs, then stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake 40–50 min until set.
- Once cooled, sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top to look like “dirt.”
- Arrange candy pumpkins (and maybe gummy worms 👻) to create a haunted pumpkin patch scene.
- Serve with whipped cream ghosts piped on top!
