Ingredients
- 1 spiral-cut, bone-in ham (about 8β10 lbs)
- 1 cup honey
- Β½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Β½ tsp ground cloves
- Optional: ΒΌ cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F.
- Place ham in roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake according to package directions (about 15 min per pound).
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cloves, and orange juice. Simmer until thickened (5β7 mins).
- During the last 30 mins of baking, brush glaze over ham every 10 mins.
- Let rest 10 mins before serving.
