Honey Glazed Easter Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spiral-cut bone-in ham (about 8–10 lbs)
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp ground cloves OR pineapple slices whichever you prefer
  • Optional: ¼ cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place ham in roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
  • Bake according to package directions (about 15 min per pound).
  • In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cloves, and orange juice. Simmer until thickened (5–7 mins).
  • During the last 30 mins of baking, brush glaze over ham every 10 mins.
  • Let rest 10 mins before serving.
  • If using the pineapple slices, like my Mama does, add them to the top and sides of the ham before baking, attaching with toothpicks.
