Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and spice. Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin layer.
