Crockpot Classic Beef Stroganoff

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Prepare the Beef: In your crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, onions, mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
Thicken the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir this mixture into the crockpot and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
Cook the Noodles: While the sauce thickens, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
