  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese optional
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
