  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Guinness beer
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Burger buns

Instructions

  • Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1/2-inch thick.

  • In the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover until the cheese melts.
