Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee
Skip the coffee shop! Learn how to make a delicious homemade pumpkin spice iced coffee with real pumpkin puree, cozy fall spices, and a touch of maple syrup.
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled, or use cold brew
- ½ cup milk of choice whole, oat, or almond all work!
- 2 –3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar sweeten to taste
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Optional Toppings
- Whipped Cream
- Sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon
Make the Pumpkin Base – In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix the Drink – Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the cooled coffee, milk, and your pumpkin mixture. Stir (or shake in a mason jar!) until blended.
Top & Enjoy – Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon for that coffee-shop feel. Sip and enjoy your DIY fall treat!
